All booking will be replied within 2×24 hours. If your booking is not confirmed our Customer Service will contact you immediately. To secure your booking we need request your valid Credit Card with CVV Number and your name on it. You could send it by emai or fill the form that we send after your booking confirmed.
2. CONFIRMATION & DEPOSIT
A notification of confirmation will be sent to you after your booking already confirmed and then we will be process the Deposit, the cost of your deposit will be charged to your credit card as a non-refundable deposit to guarantee your booking at the special rate. We will send you credit card form to fill and give your signature on it. Only service(s) stated on the confirmation email will be on Bali Tour Office account and other expenses is on your personal account.
3. BALANCE PAYMENT
The balance of the booking cost as well as any other services booked will be charged by Bali Tour Office to your credit card 7 – 14 days during low season period, 21 – 28 days during high season period, and 35 days during peak season period before activity date. Inability to collect the balance on a timely basis will make the reservation subject to outomatic cancellation.
4. CHANGE OF BOOKING
If you have to change your booking, inform Bali Tour Office as early as you can. Please noted that acceptance of any change of your booking is subject to availability of the service(s) booked.
No refund will be made if the cancellation is done within 7 – 14 days during low season period, 21 – 28 days during high season period, and 35 days during peak season period. No refund is also applicable for any unused confirmed reservation or even “no show”.
Bali Tour Office in cooperation with other business partner act only as agent for the suppliers and/or contractors who are providing accommodations, transportation and services. Bali Tour Office acts only in the capacity as provider in procuring service described and therefore Bali Tour Office shall have no liabililty for any inquiry, damage loss, accident, unless otherwise stated in the services.
As we communicate mostly through email, please make sure your email is correct or in case we need your telephone or facsimile as communication is not always reliable, please supply us.
